Oops, I ordered the wrong thing or size. What now?

If you notice the error BEFORE you receive a shipping confirmation email, you can submit a new ticket to ask us to change it for you. We can't absolutely guarantee that the change will be able to be made before shipping, but we will try our best. Please keep in mind that changing your order can cause substantial delays in the shipment of your order. This is because it takes a lot of time and energy to hunt down your package and then unpack and repack it with the correct item. There is also the issue of things selling out of our store very quickly-- if you want to change your order to something that is sold out, then you will have to wait until it is restocked.
If you notice the error AFTER you receive a shipping confirmation email, then there is nothing we can do to fix it other than having you send it back for an exchange and pay additional shipping fees.
