If you placed an order and accidentally submitted the wrong shipping address, submit a new ticket and give us all pertinent information. This includes your name (the name that is on the order), incorrect shipping address, corrected address, and order number. Do this before we ship your order! There is nothing we can do to help once your order has been shipped out.
Please double--check that your address is correct before you submit your order. I beg you! We will do our best to help you out, but making corrections on lots of orders takes a lot of time and effort and it may result in delayed shipment of your stuff!
