The first step is to decide what cool thing (or things plural!) you would like to purchase! This may be very difficult but I believe in you with all my heart. You can do it. Then add all the stuff to your cart and be sure to select the size you want (if applicable) and submit your order. As of right now, PayPal is the only payment method available. Keep in mind that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to buy something with it. We are currently working on offering other payment options, so keep an eye out for that if you are not an enormous fan of PayPal.
You'll receive a payment confirmation/receipt from PayPal. This counts as your order confirmation from What Pumpkin, so don't panic if you don't get an order confirmation directly from us.
Then you wait a little bit. Order processing times can vary depending on the number of orders we've got, which usually increases when we introduce something new (like prints-- we've finally gotten the hang of our scary big new printer, and we're catching up on prints orders!). To help prevent these backlogs happening, we're expanding our operations right at this very minute, adding new people and new space for them to work in, and our goal is to have new orders processed within a few days but no more than about a week.
You'll know your order has shipped when you get a shipping confirmation email. This will be sent to the email address provided to us via PayPal when you placed your order. Keep an eye on your spam box just in case. There will be a tracking number in the email, except in the case of some international orders.
