My order arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

Every once in a great while, a package will arrive at your doorstep, and it will be tattered and shredded (okay perhaps that is a little bit dramatic), or it will be completely soaked even though it hasn't rained in weeks. Mail will do that sometimes and we don't know why. 

Or a product with a manufacturer's defect will slip past our eagle eyes and be sent off into the world.

If this happens to you, let us know by submitting a ticket as soon as possible after receiving the package. If you can, include a photo of the damage so we can see exactly what the problem is. We will get it replaced for you ASAP because the existence of a satisfied smile on your face is absolutely critical to us!
