Exchanges - Can I do this? Please?

Sure, you can exchange things! It could take a little while to do if you want to exchange for an item that is out of stock, so be prepared to possibly wait several weeks to get your exchanged item. Make sure you check sizing charts and review your order carefully before placing it to reduce the chances that you will need to exchange something.

We can only accept exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. No exchanges after 45 days after placing your order on US orders (60 days after placing your order for international orders)

Here's how it goes:

Send the item in question back to us and include a note letting us know who you are and what you want to exchange the item for. Make sure to tell us the design, style (standard, men's or ladies', if applicable), and size you want. Give us the name that the order was placed under (if you did not order it yourself), and the order number on the packing slip if possible. This note is very important. If there is no note included, we are pretty much getting a giant mystery to solve and that is no good!

You will also need to pay the shipping costs for the new item. You can include a check or money order (payable to What Pumpkin Studios LLC) in the package you return to us or you can PayPal it to us. The shipping fees are as follows:
 
Domestic Exchanges:
$5 for single shirts
$8 for hoodies or multiple shirts
 
International Exchanges:
$6 for shirts
$12 for hoodies
 

Once we receive this, your new item will be sent out as soon as possible.
